The data-entry benchmark used in SSC CHSL, CGL and similar roles is 8,000 key depressions per hour. Our simulator is set to that exact benchmark so your practice score means something.
Does the 8th Pay Commission calculator show my confirmed new salary?
No, and be careful of any tool that claims it does. It is a scenario calculator: you choose a fitment factor between 1.83 and 2.86 and it projects the resulting basic pay. Official figures are still being announced, and we update the tool as real numbers arrive.
I lose marks in the descriptive paper and interview. Where do I start?
