This Privacy Policy explains how CourPro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use cour.pro and our online courses. By using CourPro, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name and email address when you create an account.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Learning progress — which lessons you complete and checkpoint results, so we can show your progress across devices.
• Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (for example, to keep you logged in). We use your device's local storage to remember your place.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, unlock courses you have purchased, save and sync your learning progress, issue certificates, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure.

3. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers who help us run CourPro:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure account and progress storage.
• Bunny Stream — video hosting and delivery.
• Netlify — website hosting.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy obligations.

4. Data security

Your account data is protected with row-level security so only you can access your own records. Payments are handled over encrypted connections by Razorpay. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To do so, email sanket@hridtech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use only essential browser storage (to keep you signed in and remember your lesson progress). We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Children

CourPro is intended for general audiences. If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should manage the account.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
