These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CourPro ("we", "us", "our") at cour.pro and our online courses. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared.
Courses are sold for a one-time payment as shown at checkout (in INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay. On successful payment you receive access to the purchased course, including future lessons within that course as stated on the course page, for the lifetime of the service. Free lessons and previews are provided as marked.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download, resell, share, sub-licence, or publicly distribute the videos, materials, or your account access. Misuse may result in suspension without refund.
All course videos, text, graphics, the CourPro name and logo, and other materials are owned by CourPro or its licensors and are protected by law. Certificates are issued to you personally on passing a checkpoint.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
CourPro is an educational service. We aim to help you improve, but we do not guarantee specific results, scores, jobs, or outcomes, which depend on your own effort and practice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourPro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may update these Terms or the course content from time to time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using CourPro at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
